In these terms, “Equity52”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of this website. Equity52 is not yet incorporated. Until a company is formed, the website is operated by Equity52’s founder as an individual. When a company takes it over, these documents will be updated to name it.

Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. You may use it to learn about Equity52, read its documents, and ask for access or get in touch.

Do not misuse the website: do not interfere with its operation, try to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it, submit automated or misleading requests, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

Not investment advice

Equity52 is research software. It is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner, and it does not manage money.

Nothing on this website is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold any security. Investing involves risk, including the loss of capital. Your investment decisions are your own; consider seeking advice from a qualified professional before making them.

Examples and illustrations

Meridian Systems (MRDN), the company in the website’s illustrated story, is invented. Its filings, figures, notes and conversations are illustrative and consistent only with each other.

The product views on the website show how Equity52 works, drawn with the same invented company. They are examples of the software, not views on any security.

Requests for access

A request sent through this website does not create an account, guarantee access, or give a right to use the application. Access, when given, is governed by the terms provided with it.

Equity52 is in private beta. We decide at our discretion whether and when to reply to a request or give access, and nothing on this website is an offer to enter into a contract or a commitment to provide any product, feature, price or date.

The website describes the product as it is intended to work. Features may change as Equity52 develops, and we may change, suspend or stop the website or the product at any time.

AI-generated answers

Equity52 uses AI to answer questions and, once Agent Desk is available, to run agents. AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. Each answer cites the sources it used so that you can check it against them, and you should do so before relying on it.

AI answers and agent findings are research aids, not advice. Nothing an agent produces changes your model, notes or thesis unless you choose to apply it.

Intellectual property

The Equity52 name and mark, the website’s design, text, illustrations and screenshots belong to Equity52 or its licensors. You may view and share links to the website for your own information, but may not copy, republish or commercially use its materials without permission.

Links to other websites

Where the website links elsewhere, the other website’s own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for its content.

No warranties

The website is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors or interruptions.
